What is a Public Insurance Adjuster?

A Public Insurance Adjuster is an insurance adjuster that is hired by the policyholder, not the insurance company. Public Adjusters work for the property owner to ensure they are properly compensated for their insurance claim.

You as a homeowner or business property owner have the right to hire your own appraiser to represent you in the insurance claims process. A public Adjuster works for you and your best interest.

Public Adjusters are licensed and regulated by the state in which they work. They are required to meet all the state requirements and pass a written exam. They are also required to complete continuing education for each licensing period.

At Clear Loss Consultants we require that our adjusters have a solid construction background as well as exceed the required continuing education. We ensure that our adjusters are far more qualified than any insurance company adjuster in the industry.
